1. What Corner is
Corner is a community Fortnite gift shop and portal. Through the website and Discord bot, members can:
- Sign in with Discord and link a Fortnite / Epic display name
- Browse giftable Item Shop cosmetics and request gifts fulfilled via operator-owned Epic gifting accounts
- Hold and transfer community V-Bucks balances between members
- Purchase one-time V-Bucks packs (when the store is enabled) for later fulfillment
- Use live support chat, optional daily shop reminders, and other features we enable
Corner is an unofficial community service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games, Inc., Fortnite, Discord, Inc., or Stripe, Inc.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be old enough to use Discord under Discord’s Terms of Service (generally at least 13, or older where required by law) and old enough to use Fortnite / Epic Games under Epic’s rules. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use paid features with a parent or guardian’s involvement and consent where required.
Portal access uses Discord OAuth only (scope: identify). We do not issue Corner passwords. You are responsible for keeping control of your Discord account. Staff may also require two-factor authentication (TOTP) before certain gifting actions are unlocked.
Some features may be limited to members of the Corner Discord server, users with an assigned gifting account, beta testers, or staff roles we configure.
3. Discord, Epic & third-party rules
Your use of Discord, Fortnite, Epic Games services, Stripe Checkout, and any other third-party platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms and policies. If those platforms restrict or ban your account, Corner may be unable to provide related features (for example, gifting or login).
Gifts are sent through Epic’s in-game / platform gifting systems using accounts we operate. Friendship requirements, gift limits, regional restrictions, and Epic policy changes can prevent or delay a gift even when your Corner balance or request looks valid.
4. Gifting, V-Bucks & shop features
Community V-Bucks balances, borrowed V-Bucks, gift unlocks, shop ownership caches, transfers, and related records are features of Corner’s systems—not Epic wallet balances unless and until a gift is successfully delivered in-game.
- Requests & fulfillment. Submitting a gift request does not guarantee delivery. Fulfillment depends on friendship eligibility, account capacity, shop availability, rate limits, maintenance, and staff/operator processes.
- Transfers. Peer V-Bucks offers may expire (for example, after a short acceptance window) and may require the recipient to be reachable via the portal or Discord.
- Accuracy. Shop catalogs and ownership data may be cached or sourced from third-party APIs and can be incomplete or delayed.
- No cash value. Unless we expressly state otherwise for a paid pack purchase, community balances have no cash-out value and are not redeemable for money.
5. Paid V-Bucks packs
When enabled, Corner may offer one-time V-Bucks pack purchases through Stripe Checkout. Card and payment details are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Purchases are generally one-time payments, not subscriptions.
- Delivery of purchased V-Bucks into your Corner balance or related fulfillment may be manual and can take the window we communicate at checkout or in Discord (for example, roughly 24–48 hours).
- Refunds, if any, are handled case-by-case (including via Stripe refund flows) and may depend on whether fulfillment has already occurred, abuse, chargebacks, or Epic/Discord restrictions.
- Prices and package sizes may change. Taxes or fees charged by Stripe or your bank are your responsibility where applicable.
6. Support chat & feedback
Portal support chat lets you message the Corner team and optionally attach images. Images are removed when a chat closes. Closed chat transcripts are kept for a limited period (currently about 7 days) and then deleted. Idle chats may auto-close after about 24 hours without your reply after staff messaging you.
Feedback submitted through Discord modals or similar tools may be forwarded to staff via Discord webhooks. Do not submit content you do not want staff to see.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate Discord, Epic, Stripe, or applicable law
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, CSRF protections, authentication, 2FA, beta gates, or staff controls
- Abuse gifting, transfers, purchases, support chat, or voice/AI features (when enabled)
- Harass others, spam, share malware, or upload illegal or infringing content
- Scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the portal or bot except as allowed by law
- Misrepresent your Discord or Epic identity, or use Corner to facilitate fraud, account theft, or real-money trading of Epic/Fortnite accounts in ways Epic prohibits
We may investigate suspected abuse using logs available to us (including limited audit logs that may include IP address) and take action as described below.
8. Beta service; no affiliation
Corner is operated as a community / beta-style project. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice. Maintenance mode may temporarily disable sign-in or portal actions.
Fortnite, V-Bucks, and related marks are property of their respective owners. Shop imagery and cosmetic data may come from Epic-related or third-party sources used for display only.
9. Intellectual property
The Corner portal design, bot software, branding, and original content we create are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to content you submit (such as support messages), but you grant us a license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate Corner and provide support.
10. Disclaimers & liability
Corner is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost data; failed or delayed gifts; Epic or Discord outages; third-party API failures; or unauthorized access arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to Corner will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for V-Bucks packs in the three months before the claim or (b) USD $50, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.
11. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the portal, bot features, balances, or Discord community participation if you breach these Terms, abuse the service, create risk for other users or our Epic accounts, or if we discontinue Corner. You may stop using Corner at any time and may request account/data deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.
