Questions
Where do my V-Bucks go?
Onto your Corner gifting account, the one you gift from in the Item Shop. Staff top it up with the pack you bought, and the V-Bucks are yours to gift as soon as they land.
How long does it take?
Usually 24 to 48 hours after you pay. The Orders tab shows each step, and you get a DM when your order is done, so there is no need to message staff.
Can I buy more than one pack?
One order at a time: buy the next pack once this one is delivered. A checkout you leave unpaid is kept as an open invoice; continue it, or delete it to pick a different pack.
What do the prices include?
The price on each pack is the total you pay at checkout; nothing is added on top. "Epic" is what the Epic Games Store charges for the same pack, and the saving is worked out on what you pay.
How do I pay?
Checkout runs on Stripe, with cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card details go to Stripe, never to Corner.
